White wine has the characteristic freshness of Sauvignon wines and is excellent with fish and shellfish.
Red wine is fruity and fine. It combines the perfumed style of the Pinot noir and the liveliness of the Gamay. It is a perfect accompaniement to red meat.
THE POUILLY VINEYARD - AOC
Two kinds of wine are cultivated on the hills of Pouilly
Le Pouilly sur Loire : the golden Chasselas.
Le Pouilly Fumé : the smoky-grey.
Sancerre AOC
White wine is excellent with the Crottin de Chavignol.
Red wine has the characteristics of the Pinot noir.
Rose wine is best served with poultry cooked in a sauce.

From July 1st to August 31st
Come and meet wine growers. You will be invited to share their passion and discover their vineyards. Theme tours are organized including wine tasting in the cellar.
